Course info

Our 6-week guided course is for potters who have finished a beginners course and want to work on their own project with support. Each week includes tutor demos and one-to-one guidance tailored to what you’re making.

Who’s this for? You’ve completed Level 1 (for example, our 8-week course) but still want a tutor on hand as you build your confidence.

  • Small groups: a maximum of 10 students. We have 8 wheels, so if your project is wheel-based there may be some sharing or hand-building time.

  • Everything’s included: clay, tools, materials and refreshments (yes, biscuits too!).

  • Sessions run for up to 2.5 hours, including 20 minutes of clean-up at the end. If you finish early, you’re welcome to stay and keep working.

  • Collection: your pieces will be ready 5–6 weeks after your course ends. Drying times vary with the weather.
