This 2-hour mindful pinch potting session, led by Sophie Passmore, is a quiet, restorative space for carers of all kinds to slow down and take time for themselves. Using simple, hands-on clay making, you'll be guided to rest, breathe, and create in a calm, supportive environment. No experience is needed - this session is about care, not outcomes, and offering you a peaceful moment just for you.
This is a pay-what-you-can session, with a suggested donation of £10 to cover the cost of firing your finished pottery. We aim to keep this session accessible to all, so please contribute what feels comfortable for you.
